At Meta, Jennifer served as Global Content Strategy Lead for Sustainability and ESG Positioning, where she developed global communications strategies that transformed the company's sustainability messaging. Her work included launching Meta Sustainability on Instagram, engaging more than 200 climate creators, and creating thought leadership content featuring sustainability experts.
Jennifer's passion for sustainability marketing extends to her work as founder of Jennwork, where she hosts Engaging ESG, a podcast exploring the evolving landscape of ESG communications with today's most innovative sustainability thinkers. She has collaborated with purpose-driven brands like SagebyGaia to develop content focused on sustainability, climate action, and regenerative agriculture.
Her strategic approach combines data analytics with compelling storytelling to help organizations articulate their vision and values. Jennifer excels at creating multi-channel content strategies — spanning digital platforms, podcasts, newsletters, social media, and video — that grow engagement while delivering measurable results.
She served on the board of directors for ProCon.org, which presents opposing arguments to controversial issues, was named a Phenomenal Woman in 2020, and is proud to be called a Fairygodboss and a Grown-Ass Lady.
